Legal precision.
Strategic architecture.

Complex wealth does not divide neatly into legal, tax, business and family questions. It requires professionals who understand how each decision affects the larger structure.

Our leadership model is deliberately collaborative. Attorney Omer Baron directs the legal architecture. Sterling Louviere develops advanced tax and financial strategy in close coordination with the firm’s attorneys and the client’s outside advisors.

Omer Baron

Founding Attorney

Omer Baron founded Baron Legal Group with a clear mission: to provide individuals and families with the same quality of legal representation typically reserved for large corporations and high-net-worth estates — but with the personal attention and accessibility that every client deserves.

With a focus on estate planning, tax strategy, and real estate law, Omer brings a thorough and detail-oriented approach to every matter. He takes the time to understand each client's unique circumstances, goals, and concerns before developing a comprehensive legal strategy.

With nearly two decades of elite legal practice, Omer is dual-licensed in California and the District of Columbia. He holds both a Juris Doctor and an LL.M. in Taxation from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and earned his B.S. in Finance from the University of Arizona. Omer advises high-net-worth families, entrepreneurs, and investors on sophisticated legal structures designed to go beyond compliance and create lasting strategic advantage.

Omer believes that the legal process should be transparent and understandable. He is committed to explaining complex legal matters in plain language and ensuring his clients feel informed and empowered at every stage.
