Private Tax, Estate & Legacy Counsel

Protecting wealth.
Structuring generations.

Attorney-led architecture for families, founders and private enterprises requiring precision, discretion and enduring control.

Most firms prepare documents.
We engineer legal systems.

Baron Whitmore Law stands at the intersection of tax law, estate architecture, business structuring and real estate counsel. Every engagement begins with a strategic diagnosis and ends with a defensible structure built to endure.

Our work is deliberately private, multidisciplinary and execution-focused. We do not sell templates. We coordinate law, governance and implementation around the outcomes that matter most: control, continuity and preserved value.

01

Precision before promotion

Every recommendation is grounded in legal analysis, documentation and disciplined execution.

02

Structure before products

We begin with ownership, governance, tax exposure and succession—not a predetermined solution.

03

Stewardship beyond signing

Complex structures require coordinated implementation, review and ongoing governance.

From exposure to enduring control.

A proprietary six-stage legal architecture process that transforms fragmented advice into one coordinated, defensible system.

06Preserve

Review, adapt and steward the structure over time.

Your wealth structure, made visible.

Every qualified engagement begins with a visual blueprint showing how ownership, tax, trusts, real estate, business interests and succession fit together.
