Private Briefing
Attorney-led architecture for families, founders and private enterprises requiring precision, discretion and enduring control.
Baron Whitmore Law stands at the intersection of tax law, estate architecture, business structuring and real estate counsel. Every engagement begins with a strategic diagnosis and ends with a defensible structure built to endure.
Our work is deliberately private, multidisciplinary and execution-focused. We do not sell templates. We coordinate law, governance and implementation around the outcomes that matter most: control, continuity and preserved value.
Every recommendation is grounded in legal analysis, documentation and disciplined execution.
We begin with ownership, governance, tax exposure and succession—not a predetermined solution.
Complex structures require coordinated implementation, review and ongoing governance.
A proprietary six-stage legal architecture process that transforms fragmented advice into one coordinated, defensible system.
Understand the family, enterprise, assets and objectives.
Expose legal, tax, ownership and succession pressure points.
Engineer the legal and governance architecture.
Build documentation and controls designed for scrutiny.
Sequence income, ownership and transfer with precision.
Review, adapt and steward the structure over time.
Every qualified engagement begins with a visual blueprint showing how ownership, tax, trusts, real estate, business interests and succession fit together.
The Legacy Blueprint™ gives clients and their existing professional team a single point of reference: current exposure, recommended architecture, implementation sequence and annual governance priorities.
Tax law is the priority practice. Estate planning and real estate counsel complete the legal architecture around the client.
Tax planning, business and entity structuring, complex transactions, audit-ready documentation and coordinated high-net-worth tax strategy.

The architecture begins with the people, values, control preferences and outcomes the structure must protect.
A visual expression of how legal architecture carries values, control and opportunity beyond one generation.
A multidisciplinary team combining legal precision, advanced tax strategy, financial architecture and implementation discipline.
Our work begins with a simple conviction: legal advice, tax strategy and long-term wealth planning should never operate in isolation. Every engagement is approached as one integrated mandate—designed with care, documented with precision and built to withstand scrutiny.
We stand behind the structures we recommend and the responsibility entrusted to us.
